After what happened with Biden - the support of unparalleled illegal immigration (this can ALL be traced back to his policy), the rise of trans men in women’s bathrooms, horrible foreign policy and more war, and them actually talking of expanding the Supreme court to get more radical ideals passed, is insane.

Never again.

I worked in sales management for multiple newspapers (including a time with the ones in Birmingham) for 1/2 my career. I got out a few years before they began closing their doors.

It was mainly Finebaum for the Post Herald and Scars. for The News that caused the most ire - but they helped to sell papers - which I liked. I always thought Scars was a much better writer than most. I’d see them in the old building, more so Scars than Finebaum, and they were friendly.

The new ones - ugh. I saw them (mainly the bald, glasses wearing dude who beats up on all conservatives) once at a place on the Southside (it was one of those bowling pin places - I don’t think it lasted long), but I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a bunch of stuck-up, me-me-me, self-serving group in all my life. Heard things like: “Oh my I didn’t make a strike? Maybe I should write an article about it. Har har har.” Ugh.

Anyway, saw someone mention Mike Bolton passing away. I remember he did many outdoor columns. I saw his father in Trussville about a decade or so ago.

I for one don't see any reason why every single officer backs up and shoots unless they know and see there is a weapon.

There are literally tens of thousands of people being deported and the one place that is encouraging people to fight against the feds. (the actual federal government doing their job - just like they did under Obama) is seeing violence.

But I think ICE may be reigned in at some point way before next November. That’s a lot of potential illegal votes off the streets though.
