I don’t remember the last time I checked the SEC Rant and people weren’t auditing LSU’s finances.

Summer of George LSU. Have you been bought and paid for? I remember a script A for you

The Alabama guy was SummerOfGeorge, I think. This is a different guy.

This is all confusing.

A lot of LSU’s money comes from the same place as Texas and A&M.

If they pass a rule that athletic donations must come from earnings within the state that the school is located, then LSU may become just another Ole Miss or Alabama.

“Statistically Louisiana citizens are believed to be some of the poorest and least educated people in the United States.”

You do realize the fact that if someone is on this board is likely not one of those people contributing to this “stat.”

Are there broke, poverty stricken, ill educated people in Louisiana? Yes

I would venture to say that they aren’t on the board.

Get out of here of your loan star state high horse

Louisiana has the highest poverty rate in the U.S., coming in at 18.7%. That is ahead of Mississippi, West Virginia, and New Mexico.

Congrats on being #1 at sucking.

Maybe...but our coach has been in the CFP multiple times...I'll take my chances with him over big talk.

Cool, go help people you compassionate human being… oh wait it’s just a talking piece to bash people…

Really contributing to the greater good.

Stay your gump self in Alabama. Don’t come to Louisiana.

I'm very sure that LSU appreciates your concern about how much was spent on the roster and coaching buyouts.

I honestly don't understand why people use poverty as a way to troll or insult an entire fanbase. Poverty isn't something to joke about or use to score points online. Yes, Louisiana struggles with poverty, but so do many other places, including parts of Alabama's Black Belt and communities all across our country. Instead of mocking those who are less fortunate, we should have compassion for them and look for ways to help. God has blessed me far more than I deserve, and I only wish there were more I could do for those living in poverty. My heart genuinely goes out to every person and family facing those challenges.

Your outrage is noted. Strange that you weren’t upset by the LSU fan who first brought it up.
