Where do you people get these numbers? for the longest time it was 40 million. Then last week Mascona started saying 50 million now you are saying 58 million. By seasons end it will be 80 million.

Heck, when Kiffin was hired it was just $25M.

According to Ross Dellenger of Yahoo Sports, LSU is finalizing a $90 million offer for Kiffin. The program is also willing to give him $25 million in annual roster cash.

The Ole Miss board is very disappointed in you over these angry outbursts.

Imagine if they spent that money on infrastructure or repaid all the money back to the Children’s hospitals they stole and siphoned money through…

The guy who stole the money from the OLOL system repaid the money as part of his sentence.

Funes stole nearly $800,000 from the Our Lady of the Lake Foundation for personal use. The foundation raises money for Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and its affiliate hospitals.

He has repaid the $800,000 to the hospital, and will pay the $50,000 fine to the U.S. Government.

What’s your take on Lane Kiffin?
Do you think he will be your most successful coach in LSU history? Honest question.
Is that a very high bar to clear?

Thinking about it, other than Saban prepping at LSU for the big time at Bama, who else has LSU ever had as a HC that wasn’t Bama’s b*tch?
Even Saban lost 31-0 to Bama in Tiger Stadium during the probation years.

Was it Kiffin’s performance with Al Davis?
Or USCw where he was left on the tarmac and not allowed to fly home with the team he was just fired from?
Or maybe when Coach Saban revived his career but then fired him the week of the Natty?
Or was it when he turned UTjr around by going 6-6 then leaving in the middle of the night to go to “his dream job”?
Or maybe it’s when he became known as Joey Freshwater?

Maybe it’s when he ditched Ole Miss the week prior to him actually having the chance to accomplish something in his 23 year career at the P-4 level that he has NOTHING to show for….no natties, no conference titles, no appearance in one. Please explain how THIS TIME it will be different?

Side note (if you don’t mind offering your advice): : Do you think it will be closer than 42-6 in Tiger Stadium this time?
I only ask bc I wasted my time and money last time Bama came to Bryant-Denny West bc LSU had 3 first downs and had 3 fans left in the stands by halftime.

When it comes to Alabama-LSU, all you guys either lack awareness, are self deprecating or have PTSD (or all 3).

Your parents all suffered under Bryant and everyone here suffered under Saban. Poor bastards in their 50’s had to endure both.

2011 comes after the hyphen in LSU’s “rivalry” with Alabama. 3 wins in Tiger Stadium in 47 years. 3 wins total in the last 20.
You people astound me.

I asked your fanbase’s opinion of Lane Kiffin?

Will the trauma end?

Also check how many times Bama was brought up in this thread.

Alabama fans desperately need some attention. No one cares about Bama anymore.

It is college friggin football. What trauma are you talking about? Oh, I get it. You are indeed a dipshite whose only value in life is how good a team, from a school you never went to, is doing.
Very sad.

Don't care. If you weren't a dipshite, you wouldn't either.

After what I witnessed the past two seasons when they played on the field I would agree with you.

It looked like LSU didn’t even care anymore about the 2 decades+ of the sodomy that’s been taking place. It’s why I’m contemplating whether or not to make the trip again this year and pay all that money to watch Bama play an opponent that’s apathetic.

Williams-Bryce stadium was a fun trip, Jordan-Hare was wild as always, going to the Mizzou game was an awesome atmosphere, but nowadays Bryant-Denny West is just dead.

The environment is just apathy in football and basketball. The players don’t even gaf anymore. I use to enjoy watching the annual beatdown and now it feels more like a “don’t get anyone injured” type game.

Hoping Lane can get you guys excited for at least a couple seasons before he inevitably does awful and gets fired or does a solid job and self destructs.

Personally, I hope he does really well, it will (hopefully) improve the atmosphere and make it a little more interesting watching the annual Bama beatdown.

Graduated 2009, Masters 2011. Three family members played sports and graduated as well. Season ticket holder (passed down in the family) since 1988.

Goes without saying, I’ve seen Bama defeat LSU quite a few times.

The part I just fail to grasp, is how you guys constantly taunt and make fun of a school that has absolutely own s your program in every way possible, all the way up to the present day. To the point where Coach Saban retires bc of NIL and the new coach walks in and beats you guys 65-15 in his first two seasons, wins 11 games, goes to Atlanta (something half the conference has never done), Playoffs, wins in Playoffs, goes to Rose Bowl, and somehow that’s such a terrible season that LSU fans claim Alabama doesn’t matter anymore. If the team you root for beat mine 65-15 in two seasons I would be embarrassed, but somehow you guys manage to gloat about it.

The damage Coach Saban did to you guys is irreparable. I know you guys claim to “not care anymore” but please at least try to act like you care this year when Bama comes home….its way more enjoyable when you guys cry like in 2012 as opposed to just walking out the stadium halfway through the 2nd quarter like nowadays.

It’s “cred” to actually graduate from the school I root for? That’s a low bar.

I was born in Mobile, Alabama. Family moved to La in 1992, graduated from Bishop Sullivan (St Michael’s now), graduated from Bama in 2009, got Masters two years later, parents and family members had season tickets since before I was born.

Didn’t miss a home game until I got to high school, certainly haven’t missed a game when Bama plays/owns Tiger Stadium. I was in Tuscaloosa as a youngster watching Booty fumble the game away at the goaline, and I was there for the 31-0 beatdown that even Saban couldn’t avoid from Bama in Tiger Stadium, and I feel entitled to a refund for what I’ve paid to watch Bama-LSU over the past 20 years.
Only the tears of 2012 make it somewhat fair.

I honestly almost wish as bad as LSU fans (almost) that 2011 didn’t even happen. I was just about traumatized from having to endure your trauma….like “Survivor’s Guilt” type deal.

But up until then I enjoyed talking ball with my LSU friends and ever since then Bama-LSU is like an awkward topic that we avoid. I do apologize and I wish I could change it. Is what it is
