The funniest part to me is how much Ole Miss loved it for 6 solid years, and then the second he jilted them they've "always hated him and his childish antics". Remember when he found peace, sobriety, and God in Oxford?

I'm not making this political, but he does have a lot of parallels with Trump. Even his supporters are like "dude, just shut up and do what we hired you to do". That's as far as I'll go to keep if from getting political. But you see what I'm saying.

Lane is a douche, but he is our douche. And he’s going to put a pretty bad arse product on the field. Auburn already tried so hard to get him once, Florida already tried, OM begged him to stay, and we all know Alabama’s jealous because they wanted him too secretly. And then of course, Tennessee is still just bitter as always. You don’t have to like him. :)
And he didn’t say Ole miss would have won the national championship. He said they would’ve made it to the national championship if Pete would’ve been coaching defense from the booth and not the sidelines. Which is probably true and I think Ole Miss fans wouldn’t argue with that either.

Jimbo got a lot of shite because his product on the field sucked, that hasn’t been the case for Kiffin lately. All this shite is going on and he hasn’t even coached one down at LSU yet, because y’all are once again obsessed and borderline psychotic over this whole situation.

That was a fantastic game. It had everything including the longest football game in CFB history. It was also 8 years ago. At some point you should try to put this loss behind you. I know it can be emotional scarring but you will be happier if you just let it go.
I just realized that A&M has been on a 5 - 3 run on LOLSU since that game.
You do realize A&M does not make the cups. They are made by the concessions vendor under contract with A&M. Their sole purpose is to sell more drinks at the next game.

There is no fanbase more ill-suited emotionally to deal with Freshwater as their coach than LSU. The first time he goes for it on 4th and 2 from the LSU 28 and gets stuffed or runs a jet sweep option pass on the 3-yard line and gets a TFL for -10 yds, the Rant will lose its mind. If he so much as as tweets "Good morning" the week before or week after a loss it will be interpreted as a sign he doesn't want to win badly enough to give up social media.
Let's be honest, as much woofing as LSU fans have done since his hire anything less than an undefeated season ending in a NC will be viewed on the Rant as an abject betrayal*.
