This is not true & you know it. Yell Crew may be goofy ... but you & I both know these boys are not gays. They're just harmless dorks trying to have fun.
One reason he was hired is A&M got into a bidding war against another SEC program (guess who?) that desperately wanted to hire him as their HFC. After LSU lost, they hired someone who anyone could easily see wasn't up to the job. Someone even far less successful than Jimbo.

Because A&M routinely gets embarrassed on business decisions. Adidas instead of Nike, paying over $100 million to never string together back-to-back winning conference records, etc.
a&m just doesn’t associate itself with smart leadership. And you’d think they’d be used to that by now considering the actual students that graduate from there aren’t that smart either

If Jimbo could put his ego aside, hire a good OC, and relinquish the offense to them A&M would be a great program because hes always been able to recruit.

It cannot be overstated how much your school’s entire culture breeds mediocrity on the field. Putting this all on Jimbo is incorrect as It does not matter who your coach is.
