Every area of the Marvel division needs to be rebooted

I hope Gail Simone, and her entire whisper network is among the canned

Everything she touches turns to shite

Uncanny X-Men is her latest victim
Every A/V professional has known this forever.

Premium cables are a scam upsell
DDL was the best performance of either film

But I enjoyed No Country more
I am told this never happens and always happens, and complaining about it is killing Grandma

Still not sure which ones are unhinged.

I will say something like "I think "Bros" is going to bomb, nobody but gay dudes and purple-haired hairy-pit white women want to see that type of thing. . .and that audience is way smaller than they are estimating"

Then I will get some wokie randos, as well as the usual suspects say something like, "Well good thing most movie-goers don't think like you, you unhinged bigot", then the inevitable "you MAGA or you Commie", depending on whatever subreddit does their thinking for them

Followed by little wokie NPCs blubbering

Then the movie bombs, and they say,
"well, obviously it was always going to bomb because pandemic/The Noid/homophobia/marketing/Russiagate/etc"
Just went back and looked

Last thing I called "woke" was on March 9th

And I was talking about the later seasons of Brokmire, which I am fairly certain is universally referred to as woke trash, at best

That is a ton of work you have done to prove you can't let it go.

Nice, I guess

nonexistent wokeness

So triggered by made up shite.

I never said anything about wokeness

You are either projecting or you are tilting at windmills, guy

Whichever it is, please continue. Having fans is pretty neat.

This could be either a much needed lifeline

Or the Dutch boy sticking his thumb in the dike.

That is also assuming he is being genuine, of course.

Theaters will jump at anything, they have to.
I would ask if you saw Snow White.

But nobody did

Every movie I've seen in the past 10 years has had ads before it.
that is probably accurate, probably since 2018 or so

But not back before 2010 that I can recall.
And native Americans were all Trans.

It's true because something something 2-spirit.

*awaits my wokie fans crashing out and downvoting

I don't care about concessions, and most of your post is accurate, but the last line is dumb contentious tripe, typed ONLY TO BE dumb contentious tripe. I have been known to partake in dumb, contention tripe. . .we can smell our own.

If they diminish the experience, whatever the reason, complaints from paying customers, or even longtime theater fans, are a valid and acceptable response.

Knowing and understanding the reasons for the diminished experience does not make the diminished experience palatable.

As I used to tell my kids, "that is an explanation, not an excuse"

Be glad they are still complaining, for God's sake, because once apathy takes over it will be all over for theaters.
