Makes you wonder why the SEC isnt taking action against those schools and coaches
Especially considering that the lawsuit against LSU and Lane specifically mentions “recruiting” nfl players (nothing about actually signing them).
So if LSU can prove that even just one other SEC school recruited a player in an NFL camp, seems the case bs LSU would be completely nullified.
One player or agent testifying would destroy the SEC case.

I know LSU recruited these players, as did other schools. Accusations that we "coerced" adults to sue anyone are hearsay at this point.
LSU didn't invent this TRO lawsuit shite. It happened last year and other places this year prior to these players filing their suit. To suggest LSU started all of this across the country this year is absurd and suggesting we coerced these specific players to do it is a huge accusation and one I haven't seen or heard a lick of evidence to back up.

Exactly. Not sure how there is any question about it, Sankey is targeting LSU while selectively ignoring other schools doing the same thing he is suing LSU for.
Not sure how this isnt immediately laughed out of court

If that would have been the ruling at the end of the 2025 season, BEFORE the draft, then it would have been the easiest way out of everything. This shite all started with Chambliss. He should have been ruled ineligible. Then everything is settled and we never have any problems.
But the NCAA and SEC have fricked this ALL up. I don't think there's any way out now except through a bloody fight.

Chambliss was a ruling that allowed a single specific person to be eligible. The league was not forced to change its standards or rules to accommodate.
LSU is forcing the league to change it's standards.

No one has been sanctioned yet by the conference for these violations.
If LSU plays these guys they should be treated equally as Missouri IMO.
You were sued specifically in federal court because your school filed in district court and may have driven this outcome.

LSU and Lane Kiffin have both stated that they will comply with the law and they will follow SEC rules, and they have been in daily communication with the SEC.
It's unfortunate that the SEC can't define what a professional athlete or a contract is though.
