That's pretty arbitrary. Sankey straight up admitted to handling these cases, simply based on his feelings about them.

In Texas…. there is a separation between the governors office, the AG’s office, and the Universities. Because there are multiple.
In Louisiana… It’s all one big entity.

LSU should do what tech did with their qb cut bait with all the nfl prospect, apologize and ask to focus on the pending season.
People will forget given the season and if they don’t actually have those players rostered it makes it easier to swallows if they dig their heels in here I bet they get hammered

And said it was just restated their prior policy and rules haven't changed.
Bediako played under TRO under public protest from the SEC. Sankey confirmed yesterday he should not have played and he was against it.

Yall are going to finger point all way to at best a lost lawsuit and at worst expulsion form this conference.
Again not the same thing Texas player came back to Texas and didn’t sign the same contracts (if at all) the players lsu is courting did. Plus if proven lsu coerced players to sue and harm the SEC THATS what this is about. Why can you lsu fans not get that?
