Comparison points both at USC and Bama. Both won a NC as OC at Bama but Sark has a better record at USC even while drinking heavily.

They are the same coach. More hype than substance. Neither will win a title as head coach.
But we could both do a lot worse.

At least sark can win the rivalry games.

I don't think you realize how deficient this LSU roster is. Texas, for instance, is better at 21/22 positions, the only place LSU is better is TE1

Should be a blowout in Tiger Stadium this year then…let’s revisit your remark after that game

Assuming that is true, congratulations I guess. Your coach is entering his 6th year. Kiffin is in Year One at LSU. That has nothing to do with the OP.

They are pretty comparable. I guess we’ll find out over the next few years.

Interesting analysis here

Should be an absolute blowout this year. 21/22 players better, 6th year coach.

I thought I was a little out of place on the SECr, but as a pastor, you might be even more out of place than I am. Seriously, though, thank you for making a thoughtful and rational post. That’s something that’s sadly in short supply on this board.

Leavitt over Manning.

Trey’Dez over Coleman.

LSU’s WR core, because, WRU.

Seaton over Goosby.

Weeks + Dottery over Texas’ LB core.

Pickett over every Texas corner.

Benefield over every Texas safety.

I can tell you put a lot of thought into that one

Stopped at Leavitt over Manning. Leavitt is hardly a generational talent.

Manning>Gimp

Coleman is projected top 5 and Wingo is projected late 1st/early 2nd, you think LSU's trash > that?

Goosby is consensus better than Seaton

Biles>Lane's son in law and was a near consensus 1st rounder during spring

McDonald is the damn near consensus #1 safety for 2027 draft

Pickett hasn't proven shite, Mascoe was superior last year

Texas>LSU at every position but TE1: QB/RB1/RB2/WR1/WR2/WR3/TE2/LT/LG/C/RG/RT/Edge/NT/DT/5tech/WILL/MIKE/SAM/Boundary/Nickel/SS/FS/Field

Why were Florida fans upset that Kiffin didn't take the Florida HC job?

Kiffin is the better play caller.

As a head coach it’s sort of a tossup—neither are championship caliber.

I'd take OC Sark over OC Kiffin. Sark was more stable with his play calling but Kiffin was lights out. I loved the td signal at the snap, Saban probably had a 200/160 bp when he did it.

Head Coach, I'd take Sark, he's being in a pressure cooker at Texas so he'd be ready for Bama, Kiffin has shown to be immature at a lot of levels. He may be grown up some, we'll see. I'm actually interested to see how he does.

Kiffin is great at the intro press conference, it is the leaving that is always a mess.

If i had to choose between Sark or Kiffin being the head coach for my team. I would choose Kiffin. Who would you choose?
