The team that comes out of the lower right (Texas/Oregon/Georgia/State) is going to be the favorite.

The team that comes out of the upper left (WVU/Cal Poly/Little Rock/Troy) has a chance to get the easiest path to the national championship series in history.

They are the hottest team right now and have the easiest path with KU next, a team they should sweep.
No, not even close. OU is an above average team that can punch above its weight when they get hot. They don't have good enough pitching to go that deep. They could beat Kansas, but they won't likely go much further.

Path to Supers Difficulty

This takes who each team faced in the regional round and adds up the total TSR faced by that team.

Oklahoma facing Georgia Tech three times is the hardest path out of anyone. Even though Auburn lost game one, they still had one of the easier paths.

Totally agree with this take but will say it looks like OU has found youth pitching and they are really good. The bats will have produce with the pitching stafff

I’m glad we’re on the side of Omaha we’re on. If we get lucky and beat UNC game one then we get the winner of Troy/Little Rock or West Virginia/Cal Poly for the drivers seat.
