Nope.

This is what y’all do. You post as someone else so as to create a negative opinion of that group.

Barely beat Auburn at home.

Georgia 2022-23 and Bama 2020-2021 were more elite.

LSU robbed a children’s hospital and got lucky with a transfer QB.

QB: Stetson>Jones>Burrow

The above is just a shiny hook.
Hopefully they don’t read this part of the post before their breathless replies.

2019 LSU would have rolled both of these teams

Hell, 2019 alabama would have beaten both of those squads

LSU played Oregon and WVU that year. Two high flying offenses at the time.

I’m as unbiased as they come. Here’s how I rank the SEC national champs since 2010.

1. 2011 Bama (I think that defense would still put a clamp on today’s offenses, it was that good)

And yet... an LSU offense coached by less Miles led by Jordan Jefferson at QB beat that defense in their own stadium..

that fact alone undermines your assessment...

I don't know. Opposing fanbases always seem to want to compare their teams to 2019 LSU for some reason.
Squeaky wheel gets the grease

Y’all are the only ones constantly screaming about your GOAT team

So by default, that’s who people compare their teams to

They scored 6 points in regulation.

LSU’s offense had nothing to do with winning that game.

LSU averaged 3 points per game against Bama in regulation that year.

Except you already forgot the fact that we beat Bama in 2022 and won the SEC West in 2022. But don't let facts get in the way of your narrative.

Not bashing, they were a great team but it seems that emotions have overtaken facts.

Overrated? No, that team deserves every bit of hype it's gotten, and then some.

They destroyed the competition that year, ran off with about every player award, and now those guys are blowing up the NFL. If anything, that NFL angle is something that separates this team from others. You're not seeing Tua, Jones, or Lawrence playing at the level Burrow is. Nobody's playing like Jefferson, and the closest to him appears to be Chase.

You are clearly biased and therefore your opinion here carries no weight.

2020 Bama had the offense to keep up with anyone.

2011 Bama had the defense to make Joey miserable.

Those games would have been hard fought contests.

Some of you obviously don’t pay any attention to the NFL.

Only roster that comes close to 2019 LSU is 2001 Miami, which is not playoff era.

You could actually argue over which team from 2011 title game had more talent. LSU just had a mentally handicapped coach, and I mean that quite literally. Les’ brain damage is documented.

I lol at the mention of 2020.

Eh, basically every starter on the team ended up in the NFL and they only had 3 games out of 15 that were close. 2 of those were two score games until the last minute.

2011 Bama defense gave up 7.7 points per game.

Since at least 2003, only one other team in CFB was able to hold opponents to under 10 ppg, which was USC in 2008 (9 points per game).

Even LSU’s historically great defense in 2011 gave up 11.2 ppg.

The game has changed drastically since 2011. Saban talks about it all the time. The days of low scoring games and defenses among the elite teams is gone.
