1) Their head coach openly advocates on clearing roster space (cutting players) in order to bring in perceived more talented players.

Similar to last year’s SEC media days, arrogance is the first thought that comes to mind when hearing from Texas.

In contrast, I actually liked Kirby Smart’s comments on developing after high school. Texas seems less about development, more about the money. But hey, let’s get more talent surrounding Manning.

2) I can’t stand Austin. It’s hot, traffic sucks, and trying to maneuver around the UT campus is a nightmare.

3) Have you even stepped foot on UT campus? It’s a nightmare trying to find parking, and I can’t imagine fighting both the parking and the I-35 construction nightmare on a game day.

4) Burnt orange sucks. Can’t stand the clock tower or 40 acres nonsense.

5) When comparing the A&M and UT campus, College Station is a breath of fresh air. Easier to maneuver by far and definitely the flagship university in Texas.

No amount of development is turning Parker Livingstone into a first round pick.

I couldn’t get past #1. What do you suppose SEC coaches are paid for?

ETA: I’ll give you a hint: it’s a three-letter word that starts with ‘W.’ And you’re kidding yourself if you think it’s anything else for any of the 16 schools.

This is a bad thing? These players are getting paid to perform now. If they don’t perform, they should be fired like any other job.

They wanted to get paid so now their assess can deal with the consequences that come along with that

frick em. You reap what you sow

Gee....couldn't agree more with all of that. In fact, I'm positive they are responsible for the COVID outbreak in the states....the war in the Middle East....rising gas prices....global warming.....and the existence of the Democratic party.

We can only hope a giant sinkhole opens up and swallows their whole stinkun university!

Texas dominates the series against OU.
Texas has humiliated OU in 3 of the last 4 games.
You attended a school for retards.

Of course you are jealous of Texas.

I hate the campus as well. I have to visit occasionally for work and agree on the heat, traffic, though I park on the company dime so park in the garages that are available.

My thoughts about sip arrogance are already well known

They act like they’re Ivy League with +40k undergrads, their campus is infested with homeless people and their nightlife is consumed by absolute trash bags.

That and they’ve won zero Big 3 titles in 20+ years

You know what the best part about both ATM and Texas is?

Neither one of them is OU.

I used to like Austin. About 25 years ago, that is. But the growth became insane. Even long time locals complain about it. But I never cared for the campus. It's a great school, but the campus isn't nearly as pretty as OU's campus.

One thing I can't stand is the general amount of arrogance you find in their fan base.. Not all, but a lot. I have great friends that are Texas grads and major donors. They're quite humble and fine people.

Acting like you're better than everyone else and constantly bragging about it is not a sign of intelligence or of being raised well
