Not much about Columbia itself feels “Southern”.

Now, the bottom 1/3 of the state (where Columbia does not sit) possesses many southern characteristics.

Mizzou probably uses that technicality to try and make their case as a natural fit.

Mizzou is the SEC’s Midwest outpost.

If you have Hy-Vee stores, you are Midwest.

Columbia is a far North as Lexington. Meanwhile Kentucky has been SEC since forever.

You clowns act like Mizzou gets any say in making the schedule.

We've had THREE night games at Mizzou since joining the SEC. Did we also schedule those times as well?

Now is where you tell me how nobody cares about Mizzou after you started another thread about Mizzou.

When you have a swamp rat 5th grade education, you think Missouri is near the Canadian border. They ARE good at a few things; hunting raccoon, tobacco spitting, & inbreeding, so it’s not all bad.

I've noticed this type of schedule for several teams across the country. If I'm not mistaken, there are a few teams in the Big 10 who do not even play a road game until October. How does that happen?

Because the SEC didn’t want to deal with this weather

In over 40 years of going to and watching Mizzou games, I don't recall a single game other than this one played in real snow at Mizzou (flurries a couple times, or a light dusting maybe). Other than driving to get there, I enjoyed the experience at that game as much or more than just about any other I've attended. It was unique for sure.

Just worked out that way, not like Mizzou sets the SEC schedule... Back half will be tougher, four ranked opponents and four SEC road games.

Talk about an easy schedule ….cant wait till they get exposed …

Sooner boy learning fast in the SEC....it's very important to marginalize non-blueblood potential contenders with "strength of schedule", "injuries", "officiating", "team is down this year", etc....definitely gets old listening to little whiney biatchs that then talk about the good ole days, and that natty they got 20 years ago, as well as when leather helmets were the norm. It's really like clock work.

Sooner boy..3 SEC conference wins in 2 years isn't something that should give you a lot of confidence. Follow our lead and just win.

Any real snow & extreme cold potential in Missouri is typically limited to Jan & Feb. it’s cold everywhere at that time. The snow during the AR game last year was a fluky storm, which can happen, but is rare. Swampy is not very smart.

No one cares about the weather in Columbia. In the 2008 B12 CCG at Arowhead, the temp was 32 at kick off and kept dropping with a nice little wind chill.

Oklahoma proceeded to drop 61 points on Mizzou

For example: I don't give a shite about Georgia, yet I don't go out of my way to make a thread about that ?

Is that clear ?

When you have to go back to a game nearly 2 decades old to find the last time you played them when it was cold......
