Southeast Missouri has some really good BBQ as well. Strawberry's in Holcomb and Hickory Log in Dexter are two of my favorites. What I make in my backyard is the best though as others have already said...

I can't tell ya how many times I've done a brisket and a big pork butt at the same time. Any room left on the smoker and I'm throwin some sausages or brats on there too!
