Because you had 50 something scholorship players in '17 compared to almost 80 last year????

Yep. Had nothing to do with significant injury reduction from better S&C, drastically improved QB and offensive line play after years of both being unproductive. A more aggressive defense that created things called turnovers, which Shannon's really didn't. Mullen did a lot of work in one year to fix a lot from a pretty broken locker room.

The reality is he would get a few dynamic playmakers and fill the rest of the roster with decent guys and every few years the stars would align for a great season.

Consistently we never had the depth at Oline or DBs or talent at WR to win more than 7-10 games

Better question is how in the world did Bret Bielema Moorhead lose 5 games with all that talent?

Bielema has 10 times the coaching ability of Moorhead. Joe Moorhead is terrible.

Ya really think McElwain S&C was responsible for those injuries?C'mon

You add 25-30 players to a P5 roster and ANY school is gonna show a vast improvement.

Half the team wasn’t even doing S&C at the Gator facilities at the end of the McElwain era.

That’s how crap his S&C program was.

Same with Arkansas. That's why we have processed half the roster. Florida still had way more talent though.

Sounds like a winning formula for your program.

Beliema’s roster beat McElwain’s by 3 TD’s, I’m not sure about that.

Technically you guys had better talent and recruiting classes. Jimmy was just bad at Florida, which is hard to say since he won the East x2 iirc.

No doubt. That loss to Arkansas was inexcusable.
