Mike Elko now has a complete staff of assistant coaches.

(cue "Saban was finna fire him anyway.")

Not trolling, but Bama’s wideout production seems to have really dropped the past couple of years since Williams and Metchie left. Maybe they just missed on some recruits.

This is another guy I called out years ago saying Saban needed to fire him. Saban of today keeps unproductive coaches around too damn long.

Seems like they missed on projections.

That's part of the wr coach's job.

I maybe he was told to move on but you never know.

Shazz Preston just entered the portal. Does he follow Wiggins to A&M?

Bama signed multiple #1 WR unit classes under Wiggins. He either couldn't develop guys or his evaluations were terrible. But, don't forget Wiggins couldn't offer anyone without Saban's approval.

Wiggins is a good recruiter. I don’t think his receiver development skills are anything to write home about. That’s not to say he is a bad coach, though. It was probably time for something fresh for both Alabama and Wiggins.

Think this impacts Ryan Williams?

Wiggins is a bad coach. Our WRs look pedestrian yet we sign the best ones on an annual basis. How Washington get better WRs than Bama? It ain't happenstance. It's coaching and player development.

One team has a better position group than Bama, one year, and y'all ready to fire the coach.

You know he coached Jerry Jeudy, Devante Smith (Heisman winner), and John Metchie too, right?

Doesn't help they don't have a QB

I think Demeyune Craig was A&M's WR coach the past few years. Surely, Wiggins can't be worse.
