I saw him connected to Penn State and now Michigan, but not realistically by anyone else. And, again, to be fair, there were a lot of people connected with Penn State because they missed on a ton of people. Kurt Cignetti was far and away their #1.

To be fair, both of Michigan’s On3 boards have confirmed KD is Michigan’s #1 target. They’ve also thrown out names like John Harbaugh, Jedd Fisch and another guy (can’t remember his name) that is currently the DC of the LA Chargers. He coached at Michigan as a DC recently. I think he has a show cause for some period of time, though.
Coaching trees are so overrated.

They went from being a potential 1 seed to likely missing the playoffs really quick. They’ve lost 4 of the last 5, starting QB is out for the season and the Texans/Jags are both on fire right now.

I just hope he understands that you have to have talent to win in this league. I hope he doesn’t underestimate how talented this roster is, thus allowing them to transfer and replace them with USF and other G5 caliber players. It won’t work.

This recruiting class was dogshite in August when Freeze wasn’t on the hot seat.
The current roster isn’t like it was when Hugh Freeze took over. When HF took over, hitting the HS trails was imperative. We have immediate needs at certain positions and the rest of the roster looks good. I’m willing to punt on a singular class and use the money to retain players like Cam Coleman, X, etc
