From what I hear is most coaches don’t compile their list, they have someone do it from them, look it over and say “looks good to me, send it”

Kelley’s job one was making a healthy roster and improving culture. How can you make those changes with previous staff. Now that we have a healthier roster and on our way to culture improvement he can reevaluate and interview previous staff
