Head north to Knoxville and hit Serraneaux’s BK. Food sucks but the fry guy is a real hoot.

Nah man…he quit that gig and opened his own place:

“Tony V’s Boodan” …. it’s sausage casing filled with….well, you don’t want to know. But Vol Nation loves it. Sells for $19.98 a pound.

Superior Grill,

He is driving from Houston. That is like recommending a Cajun restaurant in Houston to someone from New Orleans that will be driving through Texas.

This. Stop at the one outside Houston and stock up on beaver nuggets and jerky and pit stop at the rest stops along the way and you’ll make good time.

Darrell's Special and some pepperjack boudin balls, a pound of chicken cracklin for the road.

You might want to pick you up a daiquiri while you're in Scott. You'll need it while you sit through that Mississippi River bridge traffic in BR.

Yeah, I ate some “Cajun” food in Galveston. Terrible. Tasted like it came out a Campbell’s soup can
