My buddies I still hang with and I never go. They come over on weekends when they can and we still go cruising in our 60s and 70s muscle cars but as far as class reunions? We don’t do them.

Marines or any other branch can’t br sent anywhere until requested in by the Gov. I know this because I was with the force sent in during the Rodney King riots. Posse Comitatus doesn’t allow it.

HPU was not using the proper NFHS or NCAA mechanic in that situation. He/she is supposed to take up a position directly in front of the plate and put all the yahoos out of fair territory. Appendix G doesn’t list player touching as reviewable but I’m sure this will be addressed. Every partner I work with thinks I’m nuts for following this mechanic by the book every time but this is how you don’t make yourself a YouTube video.
