year's end that the defense is certainly top 10, probably top 5 again like normal under Saban.

It's easy to have great stats when you play 2 of the top 5 SEC teams.

agreed...I don't see anyone on the schedule that is more talented than bama or better coached.

Just LSU. We spank that arse in T-town this year.

I actually think Gary knows his shite.

I think LSU is definitely capable of beating us even if we play near mistake free football.

Will they? I don't think so. I think Mett will do a full 180 and shite the bed against us in November.

Gary is correct. The last game we lost was A-Day.

Better at giving up more than half a thousand yards?

This shite again? LSU's 2011 incredible D gave up "more than half a thousand yards" that year, too.

Please explain the logic here? He is better than he was last year. His OL is better than it was last year. This offense is better than it was last year. Bama's pass defense is terrible. He carved y'all defense up last year

Then troll about Bama giving up 42 points and not about Bama giving up a ton of yards to the returning Heisman trophy winner and his #6 ranked team on the road. That, at least, would be a legitimate troll. These clowns are trolling about a ton of yards given up when LSU did similarly poorly on D in 2011 and that defense ended up in the top 5 in the country - just as this Bama defense will.

Be careful trolling on the point total, too, though. I seem to remember LSU giving up 35 to an unranked Ole Miss AT HOME last year. Your 2007 two loss national championship team gave up FIFTY (in overtime, granted) and 500+ yards to Arky. It happens. Single games are not always indicative of a particular unit's season long performance. Anomalies exist.

Dude. I do sound like that.

I'll have to start getting intimate with the italics button now. I used to do all that caps for a bit of emphasis.

I'm now laughing at myself. Smh

All of that is fair. Some games just get out of control and aren't representative of the usual.

It's just that with all of the attention this game got and the open week to prepare, people are just really surprised that the game went the way it did.

But anyway, the bottom line is that Bama got the W and that is all that matters.
