A few FSU wrs are coming out saying staff lied to them about protocol and test results. This will not bode well

Jesus. Norvell and his staff have lied multiple times. Trust can't be too high right now with the players and staff

Bama broke them in the season opener in 17.

There is a reason teams are afraid to open the season against the Tide.

FSU is an absolute dumpster fire.

A program that was at the very top of the sport from 1990-2000... resurrected itself to win a National Title in 2013.... and now look at them.

I'm not sure they'll ever recover. Jimbo left them in shambles. Taggert made it far, far worse. And now Norvell appears to again be the wrong man for the job. The issues they've had in recent years will also make it a very unattractive job for whoever comes next.

FSU became a power house through hook and crook...without any foundation. Just like anything man builds with a questionable foundation it is doomed to catastrophic failure. FSU is now what it has always been and will always be....

FSU skimping on testing? No way. They should have saved the money they wasted on those wretched alt unis.

But hey, they still got that natty thanks to poor tackling.

I would wait for a little more details

For some reason, their players dont seem like people whose words you should take as gospel

These a schools will get sued at some point

There will be some former player coalition five yeas or whatever down the road and sue all these schools that played this fall

Be ready for that. Just knowing the culture we have now, not everybody is going to be happy with the protocols. They will be bitching about something

This could be a situation where Norvell + staff told the players how testing would be done (without really knowing what would be approved - but assuming the school would do the right thing). But when it came down to making the financial commitment the Uni pumped the brakes a bit. FSU is well known as being frugal.

ACC presidents just scheduled an emergency meeting for 4:30.

Think these player complaints just freaked them out. They can’t fight against the players and media/other conferences. They’re about to shut it down

That game was actually pretty close. It was 10-7 at half and FSU got completely screwed on a pass interference no call that should put them up 14-10 going in to the lockers.

The only other Bama TD was off of a botched FSU punt on their own 10 yard line.

I remember thinking that Bama probably deserved the win but not by much and they certainly got massive help from the refs.

Are they top receivers or bench sitters?
Cut them and get players who want to play.
