Well yeah, they were paying Saban $10 and he was bringing in $50m a year in tickets, enrollment, food, hotels, booze, etc…

That’s why I don’t understand why we’ve allowed the last two AD to push Olympic and women’s sports bullshite. Yes we have to keep them because of title ix. But we don’t have to dump tons and tons of money into it.


Is it because Long and Yuracheck were completely incompetent when it comes to Football, basketball, and baseball? The sports that can and do make money? Yes.

Why hasn’t he hired a football GM yet? He is 4 years behind that right now. Why hasn’t he hired a money management firm in ARKANSAS to run the NIL? Is it because he is a failure and should be fired for cause? Yes.

I don’t know if Bazz could be AD. I do know ours is failing. Hasn’t set up a football GM only, didn’t talk to Stephens or other money managers in Arkansas to set up NIL. All of this could have and should have been done in 20-21.

I do know Houston Nutt, Bazz, Nolan, Anderson, and others should be in our NIL raising all year long. Giving meetings like TD club, golfing events, etc…

If we fired Hunter, forced Stephens to actually set up and manage the money if we are even considering playing basketball games in Little Rock. The fan base supposedly donated $20m we were one of the top donating schools. We move top 20 apparel. We travel well for tournaments. On top of the 20m the school is going to have to give. So Ohio State paid $40’ this year, with little to no NIL major boosters for Pittman.

We fired Chad because the stands were empty. End of story.

They were empty because he showed no signs of improvement. Bobby has shown improvement within the season more than Sam showed in his 4 years after his best season.
