he hit Murray's knee with the side of his helmet. For somebody that you guys claim to intentionally lead with the crown of his helmet, that sure is an odd way to tackle if you are under complete control.

Go ahead...i dont complain about players playing within the guidelines of the game.

The play was whistled dead and everybody stopped but Fairley. It should have been called. The refs were likewise responsible for the Auburn-UGA game getting out of hand. Had they ejected Fairley on the spear to the back, the rest of it could have been avoided. Insofar that has not happened, the refs are to blame (not the rules, but the refs - the refs have the discretion to call unnecessary roughness or unsportsmanlike conduct at any time).

After watching those two videos there is no doubt in my mind that Fairly is dirty.

He needs to be suspended indefinitely by the SEC. They won't do it, but why should they start doing something correct now?

I will say that Georgia needs to spend more time in practice working on their chop blocks.
Horrible execution.

the refs are clearly to blame. Ignoring all the late hits and only penalizing Fairley for the spear was always going to lead to something.

no flags? no video?

besides, IF there were any chop blocks it was self-inflicted. He is widely regarded as the dirtiest player in the SEC......your toomuchtimeonTD arse can piss n moan all you want. People have seen with their own eyes what that sack of shite does.

Well then your beef is with the Refs, not Fairley.

meh. to a point. If I am a pitcher, and the ump is a little liberal with the strike zone, i'll be testing it all night. The only difference is that my stretching the strike zone doesn't hurt people.
