Amazing that as Saban said, Alabama had all that success without ever paying players! …

SEC Rant: “Alabama can’t afford to pay players.”

Also SEC Rant: “The only reason Alabama ever won is because they paid players.”

Who is on your Mount Rushmore of head football coaches?

Interesting question..

Dana X Bible has to be on there, funny enough A&M would have him on theirs as well.

Royal and Brown, of course.

Clyde Littlefield and Fred Akers.

One of the most amazing things about this regarding OU....

Lincoln Riley had a better winning percentage at OU than any of the four Hall of Fame coaches... and he will always be that.

And Lincoln Riley easily has the best record against Texas as compared to the others. And he will always have that.

This will be the last time you ever hear anything about OU's winningest coach percentage wise or OU's coach with the best record against Texas.

Shug Jordan: During World War II, Jordan fought in four major invasions as a United States Army officer. He saw action in North Africa and Sicily before being wounded in the invasion of Normandy and receiving a Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. After recovering from his wounds, he continued action in the Pacific theater, serving at Okinawa.

Coach Paul Bryant said, “Shug has more courage in his little finger than I do in my entire body.”

Won a national championship.

We don't have a Mt Rushmore. More like a little hill back behind the school
