I was hoping it would be near the Battery (I don't even have to use the interstate to drive there). But Forsyth makes sense since they already own the land.

I remember thinking Usman could possibly dethrone GSP at WW. Still can't believe he lost to Edwards the way he did.

The tax thing is such a mountain out of a molehill (especially by Leafs fans).
Speaking of which, only $750k of Auston Matthews' $14 million salary is taxed since he gets a $13,250,000 lump sum every July 1st and is a resident of AZ (which has no state income tax).
