So what happens when the recruits that took money here but didn’t sign with Tennessee start getting named? Does the NCAA investigate the schools that outbid the Vols?

Oh buddy you are in for a real shitty ride. Nothing will happen to those other recruits. They will be used as witnesses and given immunity. If the rumors can be even halfway verified then Tenn. will be under the jail.

they put the cash in McDonalds bags, and handed it to the recruit.

I mean at least they weren’t letting recruits sleep on a coach’s couch or keep a loaner car too long.

In Knoxville, I would expected it to be huddle house bags.

Probably not.

When UofL got caught up in hookergate, they gave a bunch of players immunity to roll on UofL. And I know Ohio State and LSU didn't get looked at for those players.

So you're probably just fricked.

I’m betting 2-5 guys get looked at as high profile guys. The average player will not. A bit different than hookergate. It’s not like other schools were providing more hookers

Everyone should be happy to be as "under the jail" as Ole Miss was in comparison to what they did. Just consider yourselves lucky that the NCAA didn't want to go after the Escorts for Recruits part of the story so soon after the Penn State debacle.
