re: Alabama is 25-1 against the SEC East this decade - Tillman
Saw this on Twitter. Alabama is 1-2 against Clemson last 3 seasons. Alabama is 40-1 against all other teams the past 3 seasons. i lol-ed ...
You have to go all the way back to 2010 to find an SEC Eastern division opponent Alabama lost to. And that was the South Carolina Gamecocks. Coincidentally enough, Alabama returns to Columbia this year for a long-awaited rematch.
But this is supposed to be the best conference. lo...

re: Would a football program recruit better or worse if it moved to the SEC, - Tillman
I said their recruiting has already hurt UF and FSU. i don't see how you can say it doesn't hurt UF and FSu's ability to recruit depth players. I have no doubt FSU will have some great seasons again but I don't think FSU will own ACC again like it did in the 90s. A lot of people don't know ...

I'm talking about depth, not starters. lol You don't seem to understand basic points. a top 50 prospect in Florida probably not coming off the bench. lol...

i'm not going to look it up. i don't want to rehash last year with you. lol A few years ago, Clemson as the 1 seed drew Baker Mayfield's Oklahoma team in the first round, while Alabama got Michigan State. Almost everybody thought Oklahoma was going to win the title that year and Clemson ...

you didn't given any facts, just opinions. Auburn struggle on offense last year to include running the ball. No way they could have beat Alabama. Pitt struggled with pass game but they could run the ball with some big RBs....

sour grapes and rehashing last season isn't winning a debate. look at Tau's dismal stats in the UGA game and then observe Alabama still won the game. that's not a good selling point for SEC excellence in my view. A great UGA team would have won that game easily....

none of those colleges are in Florida and obviously some good players want to stay in state. the average florida kid doesn't want to go play at nebraska or oklahoma. lol...

lol Auburn sucked last year and Oklahoma didn't have their RB or a defense. Georgia was overrated. ND played Clemson tougher than Alabama did even with one or two of their best players on defense hurt. lol why do Alabama fanboys make every topic about alabama...

which SEC programs have won more national titles than Miami. Clemson, FSU and Miami have won multiple national titles. G Tech, Pitt and I'm sure some other ACC programs have won national titles at some point....

Alabama was beating SEC teams by a wider margin, so why didn't they practice for Clemson? you are the homer who said Alabama was going to dominate Clemson prior to the game this year. lol...

i don't see that as long as Clemson, Miami , Va Tech, Lville have good coaches. what people don't understand is how much UCF, USF and some of the Florida colleges have hurt FSU and Florida's recruiting in state. They don't have as much depth as they used to....

re: Would a football program recruit better or worse if it moved to the SEC, - Tillman
i think it would be more challenging for Alabama b/c ACC tends to be more pass oriented than SEC. Bama's pass defense really sucked in 3 out of the 4 playoff games with Clemson. lol they aren't getting any good practice in the SEC...

there isn't much of a difference b/t FSU owning ACC then and Alabama owning SEC now. Every single year Alabama is picked to win the SEC. i've seen several Alabama fans on here say Alabama carries the conference. ...

they haven't won the ACC much. The ACC was easier across the board prior to expansion, but hard to win even then b/c of how good FSU was. ...
I got no problem with Clemson. In fact, I always kind of liked Clemson, and Dabo is an Alabama boy. For that matter so was Danny Ford and Frank Howard. I also have no problem with your reasonable fans, probably like yourself. It's the front runners like Tillman that are so goofy. You don't se...
