Tell me what about the moon makes it special for AI potential
Lower average ambient air temperature in certain regions allows for easier cooling using less infrastructure to provide the cooling.
Lack of atmosphere to block solar radiation makes solar power more efficient.
Lack of existing civilization makes it easier to build the large data warehouse facilities without encroaching on private property or straining an existing municipal power grid.

re: Can anyone tell me about SCAD?

I wouldn't waste time or money getting a marketing degree at SCAD. I'm sure the degree is fine, but any college or university worth its salt can provide the same education and degree.
SCAD educations, for as long as I can remember, should be reserved for those wanting to get into the fashion industry, become a professional photographer (and not the type that shoots weddings or family portraits), or New York/Los Angeles graphic designer.

Known many bankers in your life? Can't speak for the 1940s, but today banks hand out VP titles like candy on Halloween. Very rarely does the title also come with a commiserate salary. I believe that trend at least goes back to the 80s if not earlier.

I could be wrong but on first glance that looks like a Ring (or similar) camera with a small solar panel for power.
I've actually thought about getting one of those so I don't have to have a new electric line run to where I want the camera.

Following the arguments on Twitter earlier and this jumped out at me. Bediako's lawyer said that Bediako earned $530,000 in the G-League. He later said that if he wasn't on a basketball scholarship, there is a good chance Bediako wouldn't be able to finish his degree because he couldn't afford the tuition.

LSU has an exclusive legacy thing going on with the honeybadger so dont know why we cant.
Didn't that start with Patrick Peterson and then his number was passed on to Honey badger?
Ole Miss does too with Chucky Mullins"s number.
AU hoops could do the same with Dylan's number, let a guy who has stuck around 4 years and makes it a point to engage with the student body on and off the court wear it.

Very cool. Didn't realize you were in the Robertsdale area. We have some very dear friends that are in Elsanor.

The video a couple of pages back shows the empty bracket for a Ring style doorbell. You'd think that if someone nefariously removed it, unless they managed to cut power to it first, would be on video walking up to it and messing with it. Someone should have access to that footage, right?
Two closest hotels at a Signia by Hilton almost next door and the Omni at CNN Center just the other side of State Farm Arena.
There is also a Hyatt across from the aquarium and maybe one or two other places around Centennial Park. Typically not an area I would walk at night but given that lots of folks going to the game are staying around there, you have safety in numbers.
Other option, as mentioned, is to ride MARTA in. You could stay up around 400/285 and catch the red line to Five Points and then the blue line to the Dome.

I think that was his feature film debut, and was back when he went by Leaf. Story was he was upset he was the only sibling not named after something in nature (River, Rain, Summer).

Government shutdown should be over by then so hopefully you'll be good there.
It's been a long time since I've been in the DC area but when we were there last we stayed out in the Rockville MD area and took the red line into the city. If you are looking at an Air BnB you may get more for your money out there, but also understand the hesitation about riding Metro. The DC street grid is fairly easy to navigate, parking on the other hand can be a bit difficult if I remember correctly.
You know your kids better than we do. The 4 year old may be a bit too young to really understand anything y'all are seeing. The 8 year old, really depends on what they like. I was 10 my first time there and big into history.
National Zoo would be a good stop for both kids, and I think they may still have pandas.

I am so, so, so sorry. Such a heartbreaking thing to read this morning.
My wife and I had to bury twin boys just over 7 years ago. They were stillborn and still it was the most difficult thing I've ever had to do, and I don't think I'll ever not grieve them. I can't begin to fathom having a child for 3 years and losing them.
From my own experience as a grieving dad, go talk to someone. It's admirable to want to be the strong one for your wife and son, but you have to let it out; you can't be strong all of the time. The two things that I still remember from our therapist is that you empty yourself out being there for others and pouring out for them. You have to find someone or something to fill you back up. Secondly, you have to look at your friends and family as layers of an onion and realize that you can only take on the emotional support role for those innermost layers. As much as your parents, siblings, in-laws, etc. are also devastated, they can't expect, and you should not try, to be their primary emotional support person.
You and your family are in my prayers.

Did I see that Pizzolatto is doing a show for Netflix and is bringing in McConaughey to star?
If he sold the IP then I guess it won't be connected to True Detective S1.

Ella Langley? Didn't she go to Troy and then Auburn?

my dad had Alzheimer's, at the onset he woud tell my mom that his thoughts were crystal clear but what came out of his mouth was often completely different than what he was thinking but he had no control over, further down the road when it was really bad, a doctor told me that they had reason to believe that the people with dementia/Alzheimer's were a lot more mentally aware of their surroundings, and internally cognizant tha they appear, which really made the situation even sadder to me, if true
I think I have posted this before, so I apologize for the repeat.
My maternal grandmother died when I was 10. For as long as I can remember before that she had some form of memory loss/dementia. She didn't remember her husband had been dead almost 20 years. She would ask where he was and if you told her he was dead, she would react like it just happened. As she got older and it progressed, she would speak/think like she was a little girl. When it got dark she would start talking about how she needed to go home because her parents would be looking for her.
She spend probably the last 18 months of her life in a nursing home. My cousin and her husband went to visit her, and while they were there it was like the veil lifted. She was clear, cognizant, aware of her surroundings, etc. She told them the same thing - that she knew what she was saying and asking was wrong, but she had no control over them and that it was the most frustrating thing not being able to express your thoughts or feelings. After about 10 minutes the fog came back and she was like that for the remainder of her time.
You can stitch the files together to make one big file.
Or you can check the Skip When Shuffling box in each song's info section so that the only time the songs play is if you are listening to the album or a playlist that has them in sequential order.
