I played college football for two years at a NAIA school now D2. I will never forget the first day of two a days we probably had 120 players out there, many being walk-ons. We were in the first session of calisthenics and about 10 of them walked off. By the time we were done with the last set another 20 walked off. They were dropping like flies.

The former GM at Stonebridge told me a couple of weeks ago that they were turning it into a Par 3 course.

Woodbridge is the sister to Frisco Lakes, Westridge, Bridlewood and Sky Creek. They all sold to a PE firm last April for 130 ML. I Marshall at Frisco Lakes and what you described is the PLP and at Lakes they have 1,800 people paying $100 a month. Depositing 180K the first of every month. Westridge is up to 2,400 people doing it. Crazy!!

Played golf with his grandfather yesterday. Starting QB at Mandeville and recently received an offer from Syracuse. Grandfather says he bleeds purple and gold. Anybody have any thoughts on this kid?

In regards to the Tex Mex references, you do realize that Mexican food and pizza are two of the most profitable restaurants going. The number one killer in restaurants is employee theft and food costs (spoilage). All Mexican dishes have lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, therefore little spoilage. Throw in the high charge for margaritas and there you go.

It is one pro shop for both courses and it is quite large. TBH I was disappointed in the merch when I was there, but they did tell me there were a lot of boxes yet to be open for new merch.
