Why is LSU getting all the heat now over something that Oats did last season?
Why didn’t Sankey man up and speak up when Bama pulled this stunt?
Courts will be in swing with the TRO’s saying the NCAA should have put the new rules out before the NFL deadlines.

Because Sankey's lazy and didn't get involved until it hit a breaking point. He signed a letter that his secretary drafted on the bama player and has stayed silent on AARP OM QB. This one was big enough to where he had to do something.

A nicely worded letter to the courts is much much different than creating rule with harsh punishment.

The same goes for UCLA linebacker Trent Hendrick, Minnesota kicker Luke Drzewiecki and Arkansas safety Brylan Green. All members of the Louisiana lawsuit, they can play for their new teams because they never made an NFL roster or signed a contract. Their TRO allowed them to enter the transfer portal. UCLA said “our student-athletes are eligible under the guidelines adopted today.”
The same reasons allowed Mississippi State to sign former West Virginia defensive lineman Eddie Kelly, according to Nakos, just a few hours after the SEC announced its ban

Sankey has fricked every member of this conference in multiple ways, from the ESPN deal to the 9 game conference schedule, but for the next few days he will be lavished with praise here because it presents an opportunity to troll LSU.
