You came in and did the things needed to leave Norman with a "W." Coach Stein has been doing a bang-up job. Hat tip. Rooting for you guys now because it will be a miracle for us to go to a bowl game.
Just waiting for the Mateer experiment to end. Venables press conference was an embarrassment. Our Oline coach should have been fired years ago.
The Dallas Cowboys losing tonight and Texas, "Not being back once again" does dull the pain.

What’s it like being an Oklahoma fan and playing patsies for the past 100 years and being great at beating patsies and then joining the SEC and being bottom tier?
Is it depressing?

What is it like not winning a National Championship in football since 1960? That sounds even more depressing.

Self cannot see self, but if you could, you would realize you just described Ole Miss for the last 60+ years. You’ve never seen your football team win a championship.
The famed walk of champions in Oxford must be a cemetery because anyone that has won a championship while playing there is likely dead.

Only the second time we've been to Norman. Glad we left with a win. Look forward to hosting y'all here next season.

You got boom roasted

Thank you. Your defense is topnotch and it looked like you were on the verge of running us out of there several times. We managed to hang in there and get those picks to pull it out. You outplayed us most of the game.
Cut the turnovers and you can still have a good season.

It was a wild game. Stein has his guys believing. Oklahoma had 2 possessions with the lead and got no points. If you had scored again, I think you would have won.
I did have LSUKFF flashbacks when Stein didn't kick the FG, thinking we would lose by 2.

They've got them a good coach. I knew when Alabama played them that regardless of the outcome. That young guy they've got at HC is a good one. They appear to have made a homerun hire.

It should be.
It's always good to see the haughty humbled.

Being that you probably weren't even aware for 20% for most of those 100 years...
You probably have no clue about how good the SEC was compared to the other conferences.
Like you probably don't know that the Big 8 was the only conference to ever go 1-2-3 in a final poll and two of those Big 8 teams beat the crap out of SEC teams in bowl games ...the third one had to settle for beating LSU during the regular season.
You weren't around when over a 16 year period Nebraska kept getting matched with LSU in bowl games... and never lost to them.
You can dog OU all you want for not performing up to snuff in the SEC as a conference member...
But OU and Nebraska were legit back in the day... As good on a yearly basis as the top two SEC teams were.

Hadn't watched a lot of you guys but couldn't help notice all the Mateer complaints.
Completely warranted.
But Jake Kruel might be the best freshman in the country. That kid can play.
Good luck the rest of the season.

I was really impressed with your defensive line. No doubt some of those dudes are going to play on Sundays (my Bucs will be happy to have some).
Mateer just tries to force it too much. There's times he has good touch on the ball but other times he's zipping that shite in there when it doesn't need to be. Kentucky fans can tell you we've seen our fair share of that and we're VERY grateful to have a guy like Minchey.

Unfortunate for them, OU is a lot like past Mark Stoops teams. They just aren’t built to play from behind. If they lose the lead they’ll shite the bed everytime. Seen it too many times with Stoops. Had solid defenses but I offense.

Kentucky's offensive line is pretty darn good. The way they pushed around A&M was fun to watch earlier this year. Mateer has been screwed over by an offensive line that can neither run or pass block. Most lines are at least good at one. It's going to give anyone the yips. Throw in that stupid sidearm throw and spending the spring trying to raise his delivery, bad things were going to happen.
