Happens when your team loses four of its best player before the game . The lsu Clemson statistically was a worse beatdown .

I mean it was 56-14 with 10 minutes left in the third quarter. Half of that was basically garbage time.
It was 35-7 with 9 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. LSU probably could've legitimately scored 100 in that game.

I'll never forget the older Oklahoma fan sitting in front of me complaining in the 2nd quarter that he drove 12 hours to witness that game in person and had to drive 12 hours back and that the game was over in 20 minutes of game time.
