Dodd’s (horn AD) specifically said he wanted all legal action taken

Mizzou gets a ton of grief from the SEC fanbases, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. So glad we're gone from that Mickey Mouse group.

Odd.
I don’t recall the horns denouncing Ken Starr’s offensive against Texas A&M University a decade ago.

Think about that for a moment..

Baylor goes on the offensive, but not the Big 12

Today..
The Big 12 goes on the offensive..

What is the difference in those two scenarios?

Tortious interference

Look it up, hearing that some of the biggest law firms are being brought in

Will be entertaining to see where this goes at the very least

Just rolling over and taking it is the bitch move.

It’s a last ditch effort and confirms this is a done deal.

I don't think it's a last ditch effort. Not to say Oklahoma and Texas aren't leaving, but that it's not an attempt to make them stay. The Big12 is going to sue ESPN for the damages they have done, take a huge payout in addition to collecting the money if OU and UT leave early. Then sign a TV contract with Fox in 2025, if there is still a conference left - not that it really matters because they know they aren't going to get much of shite after 2025.

I hope they win. frick ESPN and all this shite they are doing.

The Big XII is probably out of luck regardless but ESPN is far from being good guys here.

It’s so obvious that ESPN knew all of this shite. They had a pod system ready and everything. This was not a shock at all to them

I think ESPN is behind it all, and I think there is likely more coming in the future.

The question is if it can be proven.

The Big-12 can't tell ostensibly news media from speculating on current events.

They kinda can if the media outlet in question has contracts with all parties involved and is speculating on news they have essentially created.
