This would be the MOST COMMON SENSE THING EVER...yet, the trucking lobby has bribed ALL of the elected officials AND FHWA admins. to prevent any such COMMON SENSE ! IF, our esteemed 'journalists would only investigate/expose those responsible.....alas...crickets

NONE of your response/analysis ecuses the myriad of reckless/poor decisions made by Parker ! When you find yourself in a hole of someone else's doing, the SMAT move is to STOP digging ! He failed to ever 'change course' even as the school system imploded and basically allowed or maybe even encourage the local NAACP 'leadership' to directly insert themselves into every aspect.The result is what we know 'have' i.e. one of the lowest rated shool systems in all of LA. If it were not for some of the highly functioning magnet schools, the system would be defined as a 1-2 race failed school system ! Facts are facts, sorry if you can't see them !

BINGO/correct....and it took Verge A. 7-8 years to figure this out while HE was in charge of OOC scheduling/contracts....let's hope he's either 'figured this out' OR, a more competent person is now in charge of contact/scheduling !

Make sure you really STUDY the mass transit system BEFORE you try to utilize it i.e. Amtrak/the EL and the bus system have apparently NEVER had a joint meeting to discuss 'connectivity' ! Amtrak will drop you downtown/Loop with virtually no information booths to explain why the closest EL station is a mile and 1/2 away and busses are near impossible to understand...also there are DIFFERENT pay systems for each !! Trying to get close to Soldier Field = NOT possible...have to walk about 2 miles from one of only 2 'entrances' and ubers are not allowed in their 'vicinity'. That park district runs the show anywhere around 'their lakefront' area and this also partially explains why the city is losing the Bears to Indiana.....basically lots of moving parts to figure out and none of the 'agencies' seem to give a rats arse about assisting first time visitors !

FOUR main problems/issues in the US regarding 'driving' 1. Drivers licenses are basically given away to virtually ANYONE with little/NO real training 2. The 'trucking lobby' openly bribes our congessional 'leadership', allowing semis to drive anyway/anytime they please ! 3. US roadways are not as well maintained as those in Western Europe 4. The US literally allows any 'shite-box' vehicle on ANY roadway !

That's a total B.S. ticket office excuse ! The SEC has LONG had very specific visiting/away game ticket mandates/requirements...i.e. x # of tickets, x# in the 'lower bowl', etc.etc. these requirements DO NOT CHANGE year to year and as far as I know NOBODY is building new stadiums which would require seating changes...so, WHAT the hell is the problem/confusion surrounding what tickets will be received and when ?? I'm pretty sure the lackidaisical attitude of the ticket office admins. is.....'what's the problem,we're ALL going to the away games with EVERYTHING pre-arranged' let the peasants figure out travel/hotel/ticketing issues at their own perile AND on OUR timeline, not ours ! It's been like this for a very long time and they still could not care less !
