TAMU and Utx were in the SIAA, pre conference to the SEC
Utx left to form the SWC and tried to take LSU and Ole Miss. Both declined.

Would have been a fun conference, but the Texas politics would have ruined it just like the when the Big 8 went to the Big 12.
