Not really. Worst hitter doesn't mean they have no power. A bad hitter doesn't get on base much regardless of any other attribute.
No, hopefully you have a pesky hitter that can get on base some in your 9 hole.

When's the last time you've watched a girls fastpitch softball game?

My daughter is a current high school softball player. So in the last calendar year I've watched probably 100+ games between her high school games and travel games. High school varsity players don't wear masks unless they are pitchers. I don't know what else to tell you.

ETA - maybe I should say very few. Like 1 in 50.

The real answer, that nobody will say aloud, is that the people who run softball leagues don’t believe fielders can field well enough to not get hit in the face. At least in little league softball, even outfielders wear masks

This is not true at all. It's idiot parents who have no idea what they're doing. My daughter is an elite player at the HS level and has never worn a mask in the field. I have not seen a player at the HS level wearing one outside of pitchers. And if you don't know why a pitcher would wear one, maybe you need to be wearing a helmet daily.

NL pitchers batted 8th "back in the day" because they were better hitters (or had better OBP) than the player starting that day in the 9 hole.

No

Iexpect OU to take 2 of 3 from each UF and Texas . A@M should be penalized for not playing as many games . Not sure how they can get away with that but don’t know how you can call someone a champ who didn’t play the same amount of games they could easily take a loss

Wtf kind of take is this? A&M got ripped out of that extra game due to weather, not sure what can be done about it. Not to mention it was the series against UGA which A&M dominated the two games. If anything the loss of the game likely hurt A&M not helped.
How about the All American Rejects

Talent going elsewhere is the answer. Look at top SEC and ACC rosters and you'll see tons of CA and AZ players.

Have you seen empty shelves at grocery stores?

I actually have yes, at Costco a few weeks back. Our local grocer also has a two dozen limit per customer currently.

It will hurt people more than it helps as CC companies will get too selective in who they give credit to and many people won't have access to credit they rely on for emergency situations

This is the absolute truth. Take it from someone who is in the credit card industry. You want a 10% cap ( what I've seen floated around) then you better have 750+ credit or suddenly CC's are going to become unavailable to you.
Jokes on you bud. Enjoy another year of Moser. On top of another year of BV. A lot to look forward to in Norman.
And yet here you are again with haste. HEEL! Good boy!! Got you those good treats you like

Incredible play by the UF CF to keep them in that game in the 5th. Then to turn around and lose it on poor defensive play. Excited to see the rest of the series.

This. I don't know why they keep throwing him out there when he's clearly not been 100%.
