Huh? How can you tell from that?

Because I have eyes.

But seriously, I know some guys like them that way. I prefer them to be more slender.

She has a pretty face. She is a shorter, more plump version of Rosamund Pike. Not fat. Plump.

A little thick below the waist. 7 days is about right.

While I agree that in today's news cycle Watergate would only be in the news for 12 hours, not sure I agree that it was no big deal and that Nixon was taken down by the deep state. But what do I know?

It wasn't the break-in that got Nixon. It was the cover-up.

His admin should have just admitted to it and fired the participants.

Instead, they kept digging the hole deeper and deeper.

They also attacked at tanker today in the SOH:

I found this in the Al-Jazeera daily report.

Attack on Bahrain

On Saturday, Iran’s ?foreign ministry ?said ?it struck targets linked to US ?forces in response ?to US attacks on its southern coast, which ?it said violated the UN Charter and the memorandum between ?the two countries, ?according to a statement by its ?foreign ministry.

Iran did ?not ?identify the targets or say where ?they were located in the statement.

However, not long after Tehran’s statement, Bahrain ?condemned ?what it said were Iranian drone ?attacks on its ?territory, according to the state news agency.

Bahrain said it reserved the full right to defend its sovereignty and security, describing the attack as “a serious violation of sovereignty and international law”.

?Also on Saturday, the United Kingdom ?Maritime Trade Operations reported that a tanker had been struck ?by an unidentified projectile ?in the Strait of Hormuz.

The vessel sustained damage to ?its bridge, but ?all crew were reported safe, and ?no environmental ?damage had ?been reported at the time of ?the report, UKMTO added. It did not provide any further details, including the projectile’s origin.

Nobody immediately claimed responsibility for the strike.
Iran and US trade blame for attacks, threatening fragile ceasefire

JD Vance warns ‘violence will be met with violence’ while the IRGC says future responses to aggression will be ‘broader’.

Iran and the United States have traded attacks in the Gulf, raising fears that the fragile ceasefire between the two countries is unravelling.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said Saturday they had hit US sites in the Gulf in retaliation for US attacks on Iranian missile, drone and radar facilities – themselves a response to what Washington said was an Iranian drone attack on a cargo ship in the Strait of Hormuz.

US Central Command (CENTCOM) said the latest US attacks, against Iranian missile and drone storage sites and coastal radar positions, were a response to “unwarranted aggression against commercial shipping by Iranian forces” that “clearly violated the ceasefire”.

Iranian state television, citing a reporter in the southern port city of Sirik, said an explosion was heard late Friday at Taheroui pier.

It quoted an informed military source as saying the blast was caused by a projectile impact in the area.

“Sirik Port is operating normally, and no damage has been reported to its equipment or facilities,” Mehr news agency reported following the explosion.

CENTCOM described the operation as “a powerful response to yesterday’s attack on a commercial ship that was transiting the Strait of Hormuz“.

US President Donald Trump had earlier denounced what he described as an Iranian drone attack on the vessel, saying “obviously, this is a foolish violation of our ceasefire agreement.”

Vice President JD Vance issued a direct warning, posting on X that “violence will be met with violence” if Iran carries out any further attacks.

I guess the thresholds were exceeded yesterday.

If a peace treaty is signed, and Iran violates the treaty does that give Trump the authority to retaliate militarily? Just wondering if maybe Trump is ok with signing a deal that is bad because he knows terrorist will do terrorist things. So could this be a way to circumvent our majority proterrorist Congress?

This is something I have considered all along.

The MOU sets Iran up for failure.

Do you have a source for this?

He did say he would "blow up" Oman but that was almost a month ago.

Has he threatened Oman within the past day or two?

A whole bunch of tourists are here for the World Cup and billions more are watching on TV. That is pretty cool.

What is really weird is that the city I live closest to (Guthrie, OK) is having an Independence Day celebration on July 11th. WTF???

Recent research shows humans have an innate, global bias to drift to the left and walk in a counterclockwise (anticlockwise) direction when wandering aimlessly or when lost. Even though scientists don't yet have a definitive cause, studies from researchers in Spain and Japan found this counterclockwise tendency occurs across nearly all ages, cultures, and conditions.

Scientists conducted dozens of free-roaming, enclosed-space, and crowd experiments to isolate variables, but they are still somewhat stumped by the exact cause. Some prevailing theories include:

1. Leg Dominance
2. Brain Asymmetry

They did not provide a number for "missing", but my guess is that it is quite large.

That’s a great attitude. Unfortunately, MAGA people don’t care about the specific circumstances for all of the trashing of Hindus.

Just look at what’s happening in the DFW metroplex. There is population growth. And It’s not like they are verifying legit experts in their field H1Bs vs entry-level programmers vs Native born when they are making their judgments…

Well, I'm MAGA and I am familiar with the DFW area abuse of the H1B visa program. I've worked for 2 companies who abused. One of them has a large presence in DFW.

I was incorrect in my earlier post. It seems that Usha's grandparents are the ones who moved the family here from India back in the 1980s. I don't think H1B was even a thing back then.

We have big problems with H1B visas, but I'm not going to hold that against Usha Vance.
