I personally do not see Auburn going the stretch of OU, @Georgia, @Mizzou, @Kentucky better than 2-2, and then having to play @Bama.
I do think Auburn is going to be way improved from last year. That game in Columbia should be a good one.
8-4, 4-4 should be the floor of Mizzou's season next ...

Baker was tied to some HC openings (Tulane in particular) and was recently a name floated for Texas A&M DC position.
Moore was recently tied to multiple OC openings including Notre Dame.
Keeping them both around for another year is huge. ...

re: Mizzou Buys Billboards in Arkansas to Flaunt Local Signees

Every recruit got a billboard in their hometown, there were pics yesterday in Omaha, Memphis, Joplin, KC, STL, Panama City, etc. including the 3 in Arkansas.
They have been doing this for a couple years now.
I think Mizzou started doing it when Notre Dame and Texas had a few billboards a few...

Whatever you need to say to cope.
Since 2002, Arkansas has landed 12 recruits from Missouri. Half had offers from Mizzou.
Same time period, Mizzou landed 11 from Arkansas. 3 had Arkansas offers. Of the ones that didn't have an Arkansas offer included Crockett and Byers who had successful car...

Brian Wallace and Wingo are the only ones that had any sort of career from Missouri.
Mizzou in the same time period has landed Crockett, Byers, and more recently Jordon Harris and the 3 that signed today. Crutchfield before decommitting was one of the best you had. Sour grapes.

re: 12 team playoff this season, what would've been the mindset of Ole Miss and Mizzou fans?
Posted by kczoutiger on 12/14/23 at 12:06 pm
At the beginning of the season, I truly thought being 11-1 with a close loss to @UGA and avoiding the SECCG would be enough to get into the CFP. Probably wouldn't have been the case this year, but would definitely be hosting a game if that were the case. Going 11-2 losing the SECCG probably still ge...
