The Joan(?) in Huntington when they had WVU on the ropes and when Lamar Jackson was at Louisville.

I visited Neyland and Kyle Field which were both nice.

Trying to think of the best one but the worst I’ve been to is Doak. Total dump and fsu is so poor they only have 2 ticket takers for the entire stadium. Total shitshow.

I’ve been to games at:

Clemson
Georgia Tech
Kansas State
Notre Dame
Penn State
Syracuse
Troy
UAB
USC
Virginia
West Virginia

Probably best atmosphere other than PSU white out game was Kansas State granted it was a big game at night.

It wasn’t for an Aggie game but I attended a game at West Point years back. Beautiful area, beautiful campus and stadium, one of my favorites

Yes. Huskie Stadium viewing Lake Washington from the opposite endzone was picturesque.

P.S. Les almost blew that game too but Tolliver said nope

Need to make it back to College Station, haven't been back since that 2011 Blackmon/Mike Evans game.

Oxford was a blast, stadium is small but the Grove/Square are fantastic.

Arkansas has a killer view of the ozarks. Good stadium for concerts (Garth).

Death Valley was insane.

Notre Dame
Long time ago when Notre Dame actually meant something in the football world, I was in South Bend for a meeting. I made a point to go see the stadium. It had so much history and I had seen it so many times on TV. It wasn't during a game but I remember it was cold and the campus seemed small but covered in snow. I was a college football nut back then so it kind made chills go up my back thinking of all of the history of the place. It was probably just cold wind.

Michigan Stadium.
Bill Snyder Stadium at Kansas State.
Had tickets to Mitchie Stadium at West Point but game cancelled due to the pandemic.

I always loved the old Orange Bowl. So much history in that place. It was a dump by the time they tore it down, but in its day, it was an iconic place. I also love the Rose Bowl. Beautiful setting. Never been to Michigan, but I'm sure it's right up there.

Most disappointment, the Colosseum

The Coliseum is a dump by all accounts. What is worse... it is a dump that has been allowed to fester.

Stadiums like that get caught in a spiral. Fans don't go to games because its a lousy stadium, and without fans coming to the games no one wants to spend the money to fix the stadium up.

It was also pretty loud for a non-SEC venue

Superdome. Probably my only visit to an away game out of conference or bowl game.

Tiger Stadium at night.

I know you said nonconference but I don’t care.

It’s awesome. Tiger Stadium (win or lose) is a great experience.

I used to go to a lot of games at rice stadium in houston back in the 80s. Back then a great stadium to watch a college game.
