Regretfully that train has already left the station.

This incident frames perfectly the destruction of college football and its rapid conversion to a semi-professional enterprise. The speed of the decline is overwhelming. The grim reality sets in.
re: Jarrett Stidham is starting in place of Bo Nix

I am no fan of Auburn, but Bo Nix had an outstanding season leading rhe Broncos. He suffered a freak injury breaking his ankle. How can you possibly equate this to being a loser? I admire Nix, considering all that he has emdured

You need to work on sentence structure and punctuation.
re: A&M adds Isaiah Horton

I'm surprised Horton left Alabama. He had positioned himself to be the go-to receiver whoever the quarterback would be. I assume it's all about the money.
In this particular season, it's a no-brainer. Indiana would obliterate any SEC team. Hopefully, the Conference will regain its momentum in 2026, but who knows how all the roster changes will affect everything plus the uncertainty surrounding how the new coaches and staffs will adjust.

Excellent analysis, devoid of emotion.
re: Vandy fans - how many guys are sitting out?

Vandy is missing Eli Stowers, who opted out. He was a key to rheir offensive success.

ballguy, remember, "Pride goeth before a fall."

And consider this: Indiana certainly did not demolish their opponents in the few games they played against worthy teams, e.g., PSU (27-24), Iowa (20-15), and Oregon (30-20).

Should be a good game. Bama is battle tested.

Not going to happen!

He is all about himself, period. The rest is just talk.
You are wrong. Pavia often credits his teammates. Also, on the field and sidelines, you can see his encouragement to players and congratulating them on a good play.

Did Michigan admin get pissed that this was known since September yet waited until after the season/signing day? If Michigan would have beaten Ohio State and made the playoffs, would this have been swept under the rug.
Excellent question. This situation fits those scandals where little bits of information leak out every two or three days worsening any apparent coverup.
"Houses"? I assume you mean hoses.

[The Tide has been given a reprieve. Now they have to show they are they are worthy, and that is a big if
Well stated.
I think USM's decline began when they fired Jeff Bowers. He was a successful coach for USM.

Yet, the refs missed a crucial persoal foul against Georgia when Ty Simpson was knocked to the ground after the play was over. It occurred when Bama was backed up on their goal line. A ref was looking right at it.

And one who knows the importance of having a strong running game.
Huff left Marshall high and dry and now Southern Miss. I don't have high regard for coaches like him.
