Rodgers was alright, but I like Murray he can hold his own. Chase Daniel will probably be solid, his NFLN and YouTube stuff is pretty good.

The bigger downgrade imo is losing Laura.

Wasn't this pretty similar to what happened to Miz? Or were we always expecting him to sign.

IIRC any hope we had was diminished after the draft combine

It’s ND

Don’t count out A&M dropping a bag last minute. They did the same thing with Kaden Henderson

This is payback for Kade Phillips a couple of years ago

True although Phillips flipped 2 days before signing day and a few hours after tweeting he was locked in with LSU.

Depends. Is Houston a transplant market?

Yes due to oil and gas, healthcare to a smaller extent

he basically started the GM position and is laughing to the bank

We never got a real answer as to why he was on headset and glued to BK on the sidelines

If he’s the one recruiting our hitters, then good riddance. Please take Tulo with him

I thought Schloss tried to fire Tulo when he got the job

he won’t displace Pennington at third base.

LSU fans always complained about his 3B coaching, it’s clear that was not his strong suit. I know he caught a lot of flack for waving Brayden Montgomery home on the play he broke his ankle.
Other than that he is great at evaluation and recruiting. He was pretty much doing it by himself in Mainieri’s later years at LSU, and he recruited a good portion of the 2023 team.

Yes. Huskie Stadium viewing Lake Washington from the opposite endzone was picturesque.

It was also pretty loud for a non-SEC venue
I wonder if this will set up a domino effect of coaching moves, or if he’ll promote from within. Is Tulowitzki a good recruiter?

Exactly what they did in 2022. If they continue doing this and are able to retain a lot of the recruits through their NIL, it's going to make them very formidable. I don't love it.

I don’t love it either, especially taking the top OL from Louisiana.
It will be interesting to follow their roster retention in the near future after giving a lot of money to guys halfway across the country.

have reservations about their offense and QB play going forward. They don’t have an elite signal caller on the roster/on the way and don’t have a play caller with skins on the wall.

Wiggins promotion to OC feels like how BK promoted Sloan - only made to keep returning players from transferring and satisfying recruits.
Wiggins was hired at Bama when Devonta, Jeudy, and Waddell were already on campus. Gumps weren’t sad to see him leave. Concepcion and Craver are great talents but got to A&M through the portal.
He might turn out to be a great OC but there are plenty of questions.
The week we got commits from Ratphuc Hobley and Buster Hyman was pretty epic

Visit cancelled??

Sounds like that was the rumor but Shea is now reporting Royal will be at Texas this weekend

My predictions on this group are, LSU lands Easton Royal Albert Simien Kelsey Adams Brandon Sherrard Jayden Anding One of Eugene or Moore

This would be nice

Les's problem was using RBs when the 11 players on defense and their coaches knew he was going to use the RB.

I still haven’t gotten over Charles Scott going off in the 1st half vs UK 2007 and then inexplicably never touching the ball again until OT
