Technically USF plays in Tampa Bays stadium so Raymond James Stadium. I have not been to many games UF is not in.

Army-Navy is my ultimate.But to answer the query, I enjoy going to Williams-Brice to see South Carolina vs Tennessee. Vols have won 3 times, Gamecocks twice out of the 5 times I was present. My absolute favorite, tho, is when SC State plays FAMU in Orangeburg. The battle of the bands is better than the actual game! The trash talk between the opposing fan bases is fun as well

Still haven't made it to one, but I really want to go to a game at Tulane. I hear the stadium is really nice.
As far as non-conference stadium I've been to: Morgantown in 2011.
It's the only away LSU non conference game I've been to, because I have extended family in West Virginia so had a free ticket and a free place to stay.

I've been to Penn State for the white out game against Auburn. Place was electric, but a dump.
Baylor was small, but extremely nice.
Kansas State had a nice stadium and great enviroment.
I've been by Husky Stadium in Seattle before but not for a game. Would love to go back.
Other non-con stadiums I've seen Auburn play in were West Virginia and Clemson, and Cal (total dump).

Easy answer here. Back in 2016, State played UMASS at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro. The Patriots stadium is like a palace. Every seat is a chairback and there is ample room between rows. I could stretch my legs out and not touch the seat in front of me. You could get up and ease out of your row without any other person having to get up or move.
Easily the nicest and most comfortable stadium I’ve ever been in.

My answer is a place I never thought of until I went. When I first moved there I saw the stadium and said to myself "aw, that little thing is cute". Then I went to some games.
Rice-Eccles stadium is very underrated. Beautiful mountain backdrop and a crowd that stays in the game makes 51,000 feel much larger than it actually is.

Wake Forest was surprisingly neat. Really liked how they had a ton of food trucks parked around the stadium too so there were some great food options

But one thing I liked about UNC is that on a couple of the approaches to the stadium... you were in a pine forest all the way up to the gates.
It wasn't that way all the way around the stadium... but part of it was that way.

I guess we have to clarify what is meant by "best stadium."
If you mean best setting, then it's hard to distinguish between the Rose Bowl (for a UCLA game) and Notre Dame. Certainly two iconic settings.
But if you are talking about stadium in the sense of a structure, whether that's size or what have you, I'd have to go with Clemson for a large stadium, and Baylor for a surprisingly nice smaller stadium.
Now, I'm not including all the Big XII stadiums because when I visited most of them, it was for conference games. And if you are talking about "buzz" and fan involvement, a lot of that has to do with the game you saw and what the visitors bring (which for me, would have been the ND game, but ND doesn't have a reputation as a snake pit).
