Auburn made it clear they are not challenging the SEC.

We got sued. We didn't roster the players that signed pro contracts.
So how did we challenge the SEC?

Had Auburn got sued you bet your arse they would and should challenge that carpet bagging piece of shite Greg Sankey.

Only LSU's pro players are the problem.

The current LSU projected roster has a lot of guys with this same situation and no one that signed an NBA contract either.

Exactly the response I expected from a Greg Sankey bootlicker.

Sounds like he’s challenging. Just like the other guys did. What’s different than that guy and the FB players attempting to get on the field with LSU. It’s in direct comparison.

I'm sick of all of these TROs and lawsuits. It has nothing to do with LSU.

If Mizzou tries to roster some Euro trash non-traditional aged "student", I will never support their basketball team again.

I can respect being consistent & don’t entirely disagree.

Blame the NCAA for us landing here.

I don’t think NIL would’ve ever come up if they hadn’t gone after dudes like Reggie Bush for signing $5 autographs.

I don’t think NIL would’ve been as chaotic as it has been if they’d prepared a framework for it instead of resisting it long after it was clear what was going to happen.

Which is kind of what they’re still doing with this eligibility stuff. Praying for an antitrust Hail Mary they’re never going to get.

NCAA may go down as one of the most incompetent organizations in the history of mankind, much less sport.

well, you missed the most important part that makes it different.

He isn't trying to go to LSU.

All of that.

Here's the problem. In the SEC's brief, which Ross dutifully parroted, they specifically cite LSU recruiting and signing international players who meet the same criteria as the Auburn situation. Except they framed it as a nefarious act underpinning their "institutional control" argument, so the point is they are treating two identical situations differently, including Ross, who is a shill.

I ain't ever licked a boot in my life. I sucked a hookers toes in Germany once but I ain't proud of it....

Licking the boot of Greg Sankey? My saying unequivocally over and over that the SEC is going to lose their war with LSU lead you to believe I am a Sankey boot licker??? That is some seerrous mental gymnastics....

It looks like he may be suing to get a ruling/clarification on his eligibility since some are reporting the NCAA is still siting on their hands for his case and haven’t made an actual ruling yet.

That should go against the SEC’s policy though. Just like the OM player who signed an NBA contract. Where is the lawsuit for that?
