No no, it was a 300k euro handshake deal obviously

What relevance do you think that has to this thread at the moment or what I had responded to. The other poster's claim was that recruiting european players was a violation of the rules, it is not.
Because it literally is a violation of the rules.
You're incorrect.

No, no it literally is not. There is no SEC or NCAA rule that blanket bans european players. Stop making things up.

Sure, no rule against Euro pros but there is an SEC rule that this specific player is in violation of.

You do understand that there are specific carve outs for European club style leagues within the NCAA rules right?
ETA: but I also already said, if his $300k number was a one year deal, then I doubt he will be granted eligiblity, nor should he.

For Lithuania or whatever weird arse team he played for.
The D3 sharpshooter that cannot hang in GLeague or NBA goes Euro and calls it home for a while.
Simply not the same. mmhmm

You'd maybe have a point if he has actually played. He hasn't.

He was pretty much a beanpole the first go around.

Just wait until y’all get sued by the SEC. Potentially the stupidest team in the whole league that would actually play a G league player.
