You'd maybe have a point if he has actually played. He hasn't.

You don't have to play to violate 14.01.01, practicing or receiving financial aid also puts you in violation.

Also, LSU hasn't violated any rules at all, and this conference was ready to kick them out so rules don't really make much of a difference, it seems.

You do understand that there are specific carve outs for European club style leagues within the NCAA rules right?

There are not. Please go find them and post them here.

Just wait until y’all get sued by the SEC. Potentially the stupidest team in the whole league that would actually play a G league player.
You LSU weirdos are smart enough to know why LSU got sued.

The overall bravado of doing as you please no matter who doesn't like it is why you got sued.

For all you know Beard is currently sucking off Sankey rn

Sure are. Carve outs for many sports. You see world class tennis athletes mostly international playing SEC ball.

Auburn's Europro last year would catch the ball at the three point line as a PF, he would turn his back to the goal and bump his way all the way down to the dunker circle because he did not know how to drive.

Universally, no this is not true. Like most things, it will depend on the specific instance.

Also, as it stands, there are no signs that the NCAA has actually made an official ruling on his eligiblity. So again, he is not currently in violation of this bylaw as he is not currently, officially ineligible. Why you keep wanting to try and bring it up, is beyond me.

NCAA bylaw 12.2.5. It was specifically created to deal with the issues of how international sports are structured with their club teams.

Then find the exception on the NCAA site and post it. Shouldn't be hard.

Just going off the Tweet in the OP:

Auburn basketball player Mantas Rubštavicius, a 6-6 guard from Lithuania ruled ineligible by the NCAA, has filed suit in Lee County Circuit Court.

The conference coming after LSU despite no rules being broken certainly doesn't disprove that narrative.
