I think we all saw this train wreck coming. Do we need to bump the melt threads from november?

A lot of us said that, me included.

A “washed up” Bobby is 1000x better than this loser. He was a bad hire from day 1

How dare you. We scored more points in the 2nd half than the first. Huge improvement!

My only hope was that we hired a competent GM. We clearly didn’t. We have noticeably worse talent on this team than last year’s 2 win team.

Eh I’m willing to give him another shot with a full cycle with how well-regarded he is in the industry. We’d be even worse without guys like Joker Johnson, Ben Bogle, Christian Harrison, Khmori House or Chris Marshall.

We’re not going to attract high-level talent in our current state so his only option is trying to find diamonds in the rough which won’t always work out.

There’s a time for hope.

There’s a time to realize we hired a guy that no one wanted and whose seat was getting hot at Memphis

I literally can’t remember anyone expressing excitement when he was hired.

This was the sentiment:

I repent. I was trying to be cautiously optimistic.

Clearly, I thought that the GM thing and at least Roberts at DC were good moves.
Cramsey at OC was an awful hire. He is not a high level OC and it's already showing.

Golly darn, some of yall are so smart and true football experts.

I hadn’t noticed that our program was a dumpster fire for the past 10 years.

Yall are surely right. Hiring the only coach that would take the job and firing him after his first loss to a top 20 (likely top 10 soon) team at their place when we kicked off at 10pm our time is absolutely the way to fix this.

Dang, I’m just sad I didn’t think of it. Then I could be a mouth breathing retard too.

Is the program fixed? No far from it. Is this stupidity the way to fix it at this point? Well obviously it must be.

Petrino lovers are kinda hilarious. Name a program where he coached that he didn’t wreck. He’s an offensive genius and a train wreck everywhere else. He made John L. His assistant head coach. Great stuff.

P.S. I quit buying my 17 tickets after Chadilac’s first year.

Petrino boogaloo part 2 was probably not the answer but silverfield clearly isn’t, and was clear to many if not most fans when he was hired. Memphis was thankful we did so. So no need to make yourself look like a dumbass defending silverfield when we all know he’s clearly in over his head

I’m not defending Silverfield. I wouldn’t bet a nickel that he’s the answer,

It’s just ridiculous to start flying banners after one loss….and it only makes it that much harder to hire the next coach.

You think it can’t get worse? Hold my beer and watch this….

Western Kentucky, Louisville, and MO State. What's my prize?

Now you name, with specifics, how he "wrecked" any of those programs.

Oh no brother I know it can get worse I just want it to stop now. In reality we are still a top 64 brand in college sports. I just don’t want the day to come when we actually have a semi pro college league and we get left out.

I know right. Are we in some competition with Louisville to see how many times we can hire and fire Petrino?

We are now a punchline in college football. I just want mediocrity at this point, feels bad
