There’s literally zero loyalty in the sport anymore….players just go to the team that’s the highest bidder.

For instance, why would I care to watch a bunch of Memphis players in an Arkansas uniform? Bc that’s what our team will be next year. I feel no attachment whatsoever to any of the coaches or players on our team

Arkansas was/is always in a strange situation. U of Arkansas was in the SWC... while Arkansas as a state was an SEC state... but the location of the U of Arkansas was the one tiny part of the state that was in the Big 8 footprint.
