Coach...
Your BB program is boring.
Robert Horry is all you got.

Lol. Bama, missouri, and Tennessee have a combined 0 final four appearances between them. They can have their overall wins, I'll take the final four appearances and ncaa tournament success. I believe that's what sets your program apart on a national level and what people recognize lol. That's what you hang banners for, national success, not all time wins. What a joke. LSU is a better basketball program historically than all 3 of those teams. I guarantee you that if you ask the consensus of basketball coaches and analysts, they would agree and say the same as well.

Of course it is. Wins are great, but we have 2 NCs and 5 Final Fours despite the fact that we’ll come up short on most of these all time lists.

Actually I thought Alabama would be closer in comparison but nah

Who cares
You just don’t get it.
But that’s ok.

Well, they ARE the better program.

4 more final 4’s
Lolz if you think being humiliated four times in the final four is a meaningful stat. And in one of them there were only 12 teams in the entire tournament. The NIT was still the premiere tournament in college basketball.
Hell, LSU couldn't even win an SEC tournament game with Chris Jackson, Stanley Roberts, and Shaquille fricking O'neal on the court.
Brag about baseball, where at least you've actually won something.

Well, they ARE the better program.

7SU jealousy really showing in this thread

You're right!...everybody wishes that they were LSU fans right now...and had a case of the bull head clap.

I have no idea why Alabama fans want to dive into the all time argument with LSU on a regular basis. I promise that no one gives a flying frick about Alabama's basketball tradition.
You can gladly have the all time series and those extra wins in conference during what, the 70's? lmao I will gladly take LSU's really deep tradition of NBA players, tournament runs, just as many SEC titles, etc.
Honestly Alabama's focus is on football (which is King in the SEC), and in that area it has no equal (as soon as any major Div 1 teams wins double digit NC like Alabama, then we will talk). Alabama has the second most on the field wins all-time (second to Michigan, that started their program 15 years before Alabama)......
That being said, Alabama's other programs are not bad, and do fairly well against the other conference teams. While Alabama has not won a NC in basketball, neither has any team other than Arkansas, Florida, and Kentucky.
LSU would trade everything they have done in basketball, for one more NC in football, as would just about every other SEC school that has not won a NC in basketball.
LSU fans, you can say that is not true, but you would be lying to yourself......

I meant the 7SU fans jealousy of these programs is showing in this thread .

If I had to choose between being an LSU fan and having the clap, I'd ask for some time to think about it.

You named 3 players off of one LSU team. I bet you could name many more off the top of your head.
I can’t get any further than Robert Horry for Bama.
That’s the difference in the programs.
P.S.
ESPN to have a special on Pistol Pete coming up.

Gravy, I love'ya, son, but there had to be some pretty good ones around to have beaten y'all 108 times.

Not to jump in here, but that's a you problem Rohan
- TR Dunn played in the NBA for 14 years and was an all-time great defender.
- Derrick McKey was another great NBA defender, all-rookie team, played for 15 years in the NBA and averaged double digits in PPG over his career. He averaged 12+ PPG from 1989 to 1995.
- Antonio McDyess was an All-Star, played on the Olympic team, played in the NBA for 16 years, averaged a double-double in 1999 and 2001, averaged double figures every season from 1996 to 2002 and was one of the leagues great bench players from 2004 to 2011
- Mo Williams was an All-Star, played in the NBA for 14 years, averaged 13 PPG over his career and 15+ PPG 6 seasons in his career, started 525 games and scored almost 11,000 points
- Latrell Sprewell was a 4x All-Star, 1x Team All-NBA, scored 16,712 pts, averaged 18.3 PPG and played 13 years in the league. He averaged 20+ PPG 4 times and averaged 15+ PPG 12 times. He also choked a frickin coach.
That doesn't mention other guys who had long, solid careers and any person who pays attention to the NBA would know (Enis Whatley, JaMychal Green, Hollywood Robinson, Jason Caffey).
And then there is Robert Horry
So, my point is, if you are over the age of 30 and can't think of any Alabama players from the NBA, you don't really know dick about the NBA.

You left off the most "exciting" Bama basketball player. Don't piss him off because you never know what he might do.
