Rick Neuheisel, an unbiased NCAA expert, shared his thoughts in an SDS article after visiting with Freeze:

I said this the whole time. Everyone was going crazy over it(OM fans were especially freaking out). It was funny as hell, and pretty embarrassing for Tunsil and OM, but it will end up being no harm, no foul.

I believe he is right. Everybody knows they cheated. They got to prove it and even If they did prove it, they won't do anything.

If this just "goes away quietly" it will end college football as we know it. The big schools will just openly pay for the top recruits and dare the NCAA to say something about it.

He probably is an expert on NCAA issues. Played ineligible players at Colorado. Recruiting during a dead period at Washington. Violated the gambling clause as a HC.

If he's hoping that the NCAA realizes that the answers are legitimate, then he's not unbiased.....
